Welcome to Puro Grupo. These plain-language terms cover how founding grupo pages work during Phase 1. By submitting a request, you agree to them.

Who can join

Puro Grupo pages are for grupos and bands — musical groups. Solo artists, businesses, and unrelated pages aren't eligible during Phase 1.

Your authority to submit

By submitting, you confirm you are a member of the grupo or have permission from the grupo to represent it and to provide the information and links you send.

Rights to logos, images, and links

You confirm you have the right to share and publish every logo, image, and link you submit, and that doing so does not break anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your content; you give Puro Grupo permission to display it on your page.

Verification

We verify that a request really comes from the grupo before building a page. We do this by messaging the official social account you select and asking you to reply with your verification code. If we can't confirm ownership, we won't publish a page.

Approval before publishing

Nothing goes live automatically. We build a draft from what you send, and you approve the name, bio, logo, city, and links before your page is published.

Content review and removal

We may review, edit for accuracy, decline, or remove any page or link — for example if information is wrong, a link is broken or unsafe, or content doesn't fit a grupo page. We aim to contact you first when we can.

Your private information

Contact details — your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, and private notes — are used only to verify you and reach you. They are not published on your page. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Public booking information

If you provide a booking contact or link and choose to feature it, you agree that information will be public on your page so people can reach you for bookings.

Links to other services

Your page links out to other platforms (streaming, video, social). Those services have their own terms and we don't control them. We're not responsible for content or availability on third-party sites.

Fixing or removing your page

Want to correct or remove your page? Reply to our verification DM or message us at the official Puro Grupo account on Instagram. We'll handle updates and removals on request.

Phase 1 founding pages

Puro Grupo is in Phase 1: a free founding page that gives your grupo one official home. The grupo app and additional tools come later. Features may change as we grow, and we'll keep founding grupos informed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The latest version always lives on this page.
